Your purchase is mailed either the same day or the next day after payment. (excluding Sat p.m., all day Sunday & Bank Holidays).

When purchasing your items from this website, you can choose from - 1st and 2nd class postage or next day special delivery. 

Please be aware when choosing special next day delivery that the "next day 1pm" is the next working day from the day that the parcel is taken to the post office ie. If an item is chosen in the evening, it will be taken to the post office the next day to arrive by the next working day. In which case it may be preferrable to send the item first class instead. The post office will deliver on a Saturday for an extra £2, however, this website does not have the option of collecting the extra £2, if it is sent on a Friday.
 
Airmail Small Packets is available for International Buyers.
We tend to only mail up to 2kg in weight due to the high postal cost above this weight. Could your purchases be split into more than one parcel ? This may be a cheaper option.  

UK Returns :-

14 days to return your item for whatever reason.

Faulty Items :- are replaced or refunded in full including return of postage costs.

Non Faulty Items :- must be in a fully re-sellable condition.

All the original plastic packaging in place and in excellent condition - ready for re-sale.
And free from cigarette smoke.

Return postage costs for non-faulty items are not refundable.

For ALL items being returned

Please return your purchase using the cheapest Royal Mail
postal option and complete a "certificate of posting"
(obtainable free from the post office).

The certificate of posting covers you for a cost of £36 if your parcel gets lost on its return journey.
 
Items lost in the post or damaged when returning are not refundable therefore you may need to claim from the Royal Mail using your "certificate of posting".
